The fresh paint is part of a City Initiative to upgrade Toronto community centres. Bolton Arena roof repairs and other improvements continued through the summer of 2025. In addition to improving aesthetics, the project will also improve rooftop drainage, and increase insulation efficiency and roof lifespan.
Meanwhile, the neighbouring gardeners from Rossmore Road continue to add greenery, including goldenrod to attract bees and butterflies, along the east side of the building. Roughly 20 years old, the vines are a Green Wall that fights pollution and adds life to this lively facility. Donations welcome. You will see a kind of improvised pattern to the space. BYO tools.
